2. Return Eligibility

A. Grocery Items

Returns for grocery products are accepted only in the following conditions:

  • Items are received damaged, expired, or incorrect.

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

B. Cosmetic Products

Returns for cosmetic items are accepted if:

  • The product was delivered damaged, with a broken seal, or if the wrong item was delivered.

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, with seals intact, and in original condition.


3. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Items returned without original packaging or invoice.

  • Perishable groceries after 24 hours of delivery.

  • Items purchased during promotional sales or offers.


4. How to Request a Return

If you believe your product qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your Order ID, images of the damaged or incorrect product, and a brief explanation of the issue.

  3. Once your request is verified and approved, we will guide you through the return process, including pick-up or self-shipping (as applicable).

  4. Returns must be shipped back within 3 working days after approval, in unused and original condition.


5. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 4–5 business working days.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product), the shipping charges will also be refunded.

  • Refunds are not applicable on COD (Cash on Delivery) payments. For such orders, we may offer store credit or exchange, depending on the case.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, if eligible, you may request a return post-delivery.
